Accessibility Statement

Cosyslabs is committed to making Astrilio accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.

Our Approach

  • Semantic HTML — All pages use proper heading hierarchy (h1–h3), landmark roles (main, nav, footer), and ARIA labels where native semantics are insufficient.
  • Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements (buttons, links, inputs, modals, command palette) are reachable and operable with a keyboard alone. Focus indicators are visible.
  • Screen reader support — ARIA live regions announce dynamic results. Form inputs have explicit labels. Decorative images use empty alt text.
  • Color contrast — Text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text) in both light and dark modes.
  • Dark mode — A full dark color scheme is available, reducing eye strain and supporting users with light sensitivity.
  • Zoom and reflow — Content reflows at 320px width (400% zoom at 1280px) without horizontal scrolling or loss of content.
  • Motion — Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query.

Known Limitations

We are continuously improving. Known areas where we are working to improve accessibility:

  • Complex data tables in the amortization schedule calculator may not be fully optimized for screen reader linearization.
  • Recharts graphs display visual data but do not yet include full accessible data table alternatives.
